Before your order ships, it must be created, packaged, and prepared for delivery.

  • Current processing time: 1–3 weeks

  • This time frame does not include shipping time

  • Processing begins after your order is placed and payment is received

  • Custom orders or high-volume times (like holidays) may extend this period

Shipping Time vs. Processing Time

To clarify:

  • Processing Time = Time to handmake and package your order (1–3 weeks)

  • Shipping Time = Time in transit after your order is shipped (varies by method & destination)

Example:
If your order takes 2 weeks to process and you choose USPS Priority (1–3 days), your total wait time is approximately 2 weeks + 1–3 days.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they leave our hands. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.
