At Nay’s Creations, our apparel is created with intention, quality, and spiritual inspiration. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

 

All Sales Are Final on Hair Accessories

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair accessories. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing.

 


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable once your order has been confirmed and processing has begun.

 


Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly assess the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse requests submitted outside of the 3-day window.

 


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS or UPS

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the processing time period. After the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

 


Returns on Apparel

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
